The analytics page is confusing.

  • Company Numbers - only gives number of inbound calls to number of answered for inbound calls - this includes weekend and off hour.

  • Performance Reports - gives extension only inbound and outbound call numbers, but does not gives the calls answered for inbound and outbound separately.

  • Quality of Service - has filter to separate inbound and outbound calls and indicate which ones are answered or missed. But does not have an option to export the data.

The report I'm looking for is...

  1. Inbound calls# with the number of inbound calls answered and missed
  2. Outbound calls# with the number of Outbound calls answered and missed
  3. And be able to select filter for company number, call group, or extension based.
