Ported one of our main numbers from Bell Canada to Ring Central and now receiving intermittent inbound call failures with message stating that the number is not in service(Ring Central tickets 18066836, 16760462, 16944650). Contacted Bell Canada upper management and they eliminated number from their switches and they state that the number is fully ported to Ring Central. Ring Central changed SIP providers for the number but the issue persists. If the number is fully ported to Ring Central why are we getting intermittent inbound call failure with the message that "the number is not in service"?
