when our front desk calls one of our extensions the recipient will hear the phone ring but the caller doesn't hear a ring on the line. the caller just hears dead air until the recipient picks up or it goes to voice mail. I can't seem to find a cause or a solution. this also happens when a call is transferred to the recipient.

Hi Troy, please check the Audio while connecting settings of that extension if it is set to None, which is probably the reason why it is only silent.
