COMPLETELY AGGRAVATED WITH RING CENTRAL. I have logged many hours with different reps just trying to get my phone app to ring!!! IT STILL DOES NOT CONSISTENTLY RING. I have had so many reps try countless work arounds and nothing works. My process is real simple - just make my mobile app ring so that I can answer the phone. That's it and this has yet to happen.
