A few weeks ago, for a very short amount of time, I was able to select the option to listen to the call recording directly from Contact Details window that pops up, using the ACD Recording tab. There were two options, one to use a phone line to listen to the call where I put in my cell number which is OK. Then the other option I could just click play for the recording and it was really nice to be able to do that. I noticed a few days ago this is no longer the case and I am back to using my cell phone to listen to calls. Otherwise I have to download the call which is not always needed.
