When I add my VA to my phone system She will be the 4th sharing the line. There will be the VA with my assistant and my answering service plus me. Basically, if not picked up by one of us on by the 4th ring the answering service picks up. Is this workable?. When setting this up what should I look out for? Support has had me on the line for 20 minutes listening to music. This is terrible. PLEASE HELP

Well a lot depends how you're currently programmed.  If within Call Handling & Forwarding section of user programming you can add a 4th leg by selection "ADD CALL FORWARDING PHONE".
