Recently we have been receiving this message on our cell phones Network Unstable. And on our deskphone, sometimes the calls don't even come through, they randomly go directly to voicemail. Support wasn't much help. Is anyone having this issue?

Hello @esmeralda-diaz, may I know what happened to the case you had with Tech Support?


I had a similar issue where my calls would go through and received but there was nothing on either end and the Network Unstable Message repeatedly further blocked the call. HERE IS WHAT FIXED IT....

On the phone app, go to SETTINGS to PHONE to DIRECT DIAL DATA and switch setting from "Wi-Fi or Mobile Data" to "WiFi or Carrier Minutes". That worked for me.
