When I use my Air Pods and connect through Bluetooth to my MAC, I don't get any sound when I'm using the ring central desktop phone. People can hear me when I make a call, but I cannot hear them.

We do have some bluetooth limitations, but they should be getting fixed in the next app update. This happens with my own AirPods, and I delete the device from my bluetooth options, reconnect, and sometimes that helps.
