All faxes to one of our branch locations are showing as missed calls, and nothing is being delivered. We have rebooted the ATA device and the fax / printer machine. Both are online, O@H homepage shows the ATA device being online, the OBIHAI rings 3 times as its supposed too when we receiving a fax, but nothing is printed on the machine. The call log just shows missed calls over and over again.
Have had a ticket open with ring central since the 6th and no response.
