First off, this has been the most unprofessional and disappoiinting service I have ever experienced from a compsany of this size.

We got 2 of our 3 numbers finally working with text after a month of trying, but our main number is still in "provisioning" status. Who do I call, text, email about this? I have tried every channel available and not a single person was of any use.


Laura, this is definitely not the type of experience we want for our customers. I will be reaching out via email to provide an update, as well as to better understand the challenges and ensure we continue to work to improve the process.
