Hello everyone, our customer has a requirement to want to be able to turn the AfterHours On/Off remotely without access to the Admin Portal, is that possible?

Hi! Do you need this for the main line or extension?


I think I figured out a workaround. We let the manager of the call queue log in with the App and there they can just turn off the hours for the queue and then calls can go to voicemail

Is this ok to do or should we do it another way?


Whatever works for you! It is a great workaround.


Is there a way to do this from the desktop phone, lets say for the entire company, or a particular call queue?
