While using the RingCentral Phone and RingCentral Meetings Apps, headphone microphone audio doesn't work.


I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.3

RingCentral Phone: Release: 19.4.0.37336 (64-bit)

RingCentral Meetings: Version: 19.4.151918.1217


I've tried uninstalling/installing the apps and trying different type of headset. I've tried using a cheap set of in-ear headphones with the mic attached to one of the cables and an over-ear set similar to a 'gaming' style head set.
