Using the softphone (RingCentral Phone 10.3.5.34099), when I park a call to a park group and then pick up the call, I can't park it again to the same or another park group.


I don't experience this problem when parking to a public park -- I can park the call, pick it up, and park it again as many times as I want.


Is this a known limitation, or do I have something configured incorrectly?

Hey Douglas, I'm not having this issue on the 11.0 version. I would suggest upgrading and seeing if you're still experiencing this behavior 🙂 Support can get you the newer version for your computer
Our PM resolved it on the back end, but I'm not sure how.
