My PC app is using 450 MB of memory. Is that normal? How can I reduce it?
When I look at the task manager on my PC it shows (11) subprocesses. Is this part of the problem?
+1The memory size is normal, according to our App Specialists. Our app is an Electron-based app, and it will pre-load/cache some messages/images for the users so that they can see the contents "instantly."
But they would like to check your logs, too. Could you please report this issue from the Resource Center tab in your app?
