Personal contact with company level

Question

Generally what we have seen is the contact are based on each user's or extension. So if one user have personal contact other extension cannot able to view it.

What about if the user want to share their personal contact with another user.

There is no personal contact in admin level. Is there any way to share extension contact with other extension people from company levels?
