1. The call history shows but phone does not ring.

2. There is no option to toggle "Accept Queue Calls" on or off where it normally would be in the app.

3. I have attempted to changed the incoming call settings to make it work but any change made only seems to affect direct calls to my extension.

Hello @Daryl Fowler, we want to know if the user is included in the call queue. The toggle "Accept Queue Calls" will only available if the user is in the call queue. Click HERE to check on how you manage the call queue member. Thank you!
