We have 5 people set up on a call queue, every time a call comes in and someone answers one of the other people in the call queue still experience a ringing tone. only way to stop it is to sign out of ring central and sign back in. How do I stop this from happening?

I have same issue.... getting tired of it... when I called ringcentral they suggested restarting router. but that did not help

I would suggest that you open a case so that we can help you investigate this further. 



We are also having that same issue, submitting a ticket with RC with hopes they can resolve the issue.
