Let's say I place a call on hold in my office, then I walk to my associate's office and have a conversation with him. My associate wants to speak to the caller. Is there any way my associate can pick up the call holding in my office extension? Or do I need to walk back to my office and park the call or transfer the call to my associate's office? We have Yealink W56H handheld wireless phones.

This behavior is possible using the Presence feature. Your extension should be available in your co-worker's Presence. The setting is called " Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold." The KB article link below is the guide on configuring a user's Presence settings;
