Presence Status Stopped Working on Yealink T46S

Starting on 3/31/21, 3 of our extensions started showing in the incorrect presence status. These 3 extensions always show (red light and red dot on the person) that they are on an active call for all of the other extensions.

In working with support, we have performed a factory reset on these 3 extension and re-provisioned them, but that hasn't solve the issue.


Has anyone else experience this issue or have additional recommendations?

We have the same issue with our Polycoms and have tried to escalate the issue to customer care #12657361 . There was a presence outage with the application that they state has been cleared but now it's affecting our Polycoms.
