Still waiting for a response and fix to the SMS/texting issue. Can someone please provide an update?

Did you ask this question before? When did this happen? How did you send text messages, RC app or API???


@d-bour I see that you had a ticket opened and they closed it with confirmation that this issue has been resolved. Can you confirm if you are still having issues?


This was fixed temporarily and now it is back today! What is going on?
