How can you determine if this message is an issue on our end, or the end users? We have received faxes all day, but one specific incoming fax number has failed 7 times today, not all in a row. And earlier this month, this fax number worked fine. Thank you!

make sure in he seetings that number has all greetings turned off. and schedule is set to 24 hours. see picture111.jpg
