Hello

The ring central application on my Dell computer will not ring when any one calls. Instead, it waits until the person has disconnected from the attempted call and then Ring Central notifies me that I have a missed call. I have verified my settings are correct and notifications are coming through as normal. When I do call someone they cannot hear me at all although I can hear them.

This same thing occurs when I log into Ring Central through Chrome. The Ring Central app works perfectly fine call wise on my personal cell phone. As far as the application on my computer goes I can still text and fax documents no problem. The only issue is with calling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
