Our company aims to streamline the ordering process by allowing customers to place orders via text. We'll only respond to texts initiated by customers. Do we need to register a campaign for this? And what's the best way to set it up?
+2My understanding is that if you intend to use SMS in any manner you would need to register with TCR.
