Our company aims to streamline the ordering process by allowing customers to place orders via text. We'll only respond to texts initiated by customers. Do we need to register a campaign for this? And what's the best way to set it up?

My understanding is that if you intend to use SMS in any manner you would need to register with TCR.
The word campaign is a bit of a misnomer - You can learn more about TCR and creating a campaign here.
