For meetings that require minutes to be taken, meeting recordings will often be paused, to ensure details are captured/written correctly during playback. In the new ringcentral platform, if the video is paused for too long (greater than a couple of minutes), the video will not restart. I have to exit/re-enter the platform to start the video again. This causes significant delay in the minute-taking process.

@Amy Nelson Is this something that you've worked with Support on yet? I'm not seeing any open tickets, but want to make sure that if this is a bug or troubleshooting issue...that we get it sorted by our internal teams.
