We would like to block/remove the extension number of a particular call queue when a user dials by name (internally) in the dial pad. So if we tell our staff to use "Bill Review" as dial by name to reach the group, we do not want them to see that they are calling extension 1234.
The purpose is so that they cannot give out the extension and callers enter via an IVR. This would be for internal use only.....
Has anyone done this or can it be done?
