if the new ringcentral app is supposed to replace the phone app, then it needs to have the same features including the URI setup so i can click to have a phone number called when it has the TEL: url the old phone app has this, it is very weird that you don't have the same capability in this new app.

RC app does automatically detect the phone number in the messages and click-to-dial is coming to VM soon. Can you clarify where this is not working for you.
