Ring to user's physical phone first?

I wish there was a feature to ring the user's physical phone first and not the app.

We just migrated to RingCentral and have found this to be a major flaw for our organization.

This has been an ask for years. And now that we're heading back to the office it really is necessary.

The default order is still apps. Feature request is here
