several employees have reported to me that after installing the ringcentral app on their iphones, they get a notification: “Allow App and Book assignment”. 

you have either the option to cancel or continue, both options will only make the app pop the notification again after a few minutes. it can last for days. 

all devices are on the latest IOS.

yes, it does but it’s not consistent with all devices. some seem not getting it at all, or just once.
