Previously, the RingCentral - messages - feature of the app would give a notification pop up and auto scroll to the bottom of the chat when a new message came in. This feature is no longer present and multiple people have complained about it.


Double checked all notification settings and nothing in the features seems to have control over this, nor does anything in Ring Central Admin controls. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
