We have multiple call queues created (Simultaneous) for call center on RingCentral portal, which is still under the project phase and not yet in production.

We did a test to simulate the problem we have.

Tried calling few call center numbers, and informed call center agents not to pick up. The ringing time is only last for 10 sec then straight to the voicemail.

How do we set the ringing time to last for > 1 mins? please can you advise?


Hi @Ken Yap, please adjust the Maximum caller waiting time in queue under Wait Settings.
