I created a contact in my RingCentral app for a business. I entered their main phone number as their “business” number. I entered their fax number as their “fax” number. However, when I tried to send a fax, it send to their business number. There was no opportunity for me to select which number although, again, I did designate their fax number as a “fax” number. The fax obviously failed. Other than deleting the business number altogether or, alternatively, not using the contact to send the fax but instead manually entering the information, is there a way to send them a fax to the correct number?

When sending a fax using the RingCentral app, upon searching the name of the company under the “To:” field it should show the two numbers that are under the same name. As an example here is a screenshot:
If you’re using the RingCentral mobile app, upon searching for the name of the company, it should show a dropdown arrow on the right side.
