Setting Number of Rings before sending to voicemail while User on phone

We just migrated from another Ring Central system, and one the old setup, if a user was on the phone it would ring and not try to send to voicemail regardless of how many times. On new system, it rings about two times and then dumps into the voicemail. Any ideas of how to set up in the previous manner?
