After migrating to RingCentral, we didn't initially bring all of our locations onto the platform until afterwards. Since then, we have had to migrate fax lines as well. In our original migration, we had our fax ATAs (Obi302) all set up as limited extensions to save money since their only purpose is to send a fax to a machine to print. The ones that were "out of the box" so to speak are all working as limited extensions, but the ones we have been configuring are not working. They are able to send out faxes, but not receive them. I have held up the configurations side by side to see the issue but they are mirrored. What do I need to do? Any help would be appreciated.
