How can two users see the incoming faxes? Or in the alternative how do we change who gets the faxes? I am the admin, but another user needs to receive the faxes.

In a situation like that, I have found it easiest (and best) to send the fax to a distribution group/email - then add the people you want to see the fax to that group.
