But maybe there is a workaround for this.
Since Shopify is growing so much and the entire world is turning online, would be great to have an option to sync contact details for customers from Shopify into RingCentral contact list.
We had this with the old phone system, and was so easy to locate customers and actually answer their calls by calling their names.
Would be a very useful and easy thing to do - sync Shopify customer details (phone + name) with the RingCentral contact list.
