My phone doesn't ring when Im logged into Salesforce Agent (Contact Center) when using the RingCentral App. It worked fine when using the RingCentral Phone app. Any ideas why?

We have agents with this issue as well, from my understanding both Ring Groups and calls via Max Agent/Salesforce Agent do not ring to the cell phone app.

We have actually had issues with it ringing to the RC phone app like you mentioned as well, at the very least it is very inconsistent and unreliable
