SMS API Used for Automated Customer Notifications

I've been browsing around for a bit now and haven't been able to find an answer on this just yet. So to preface, our company sells and installs outdoor goods. For a while now we have just had the drivers call or text the customer when they are on their way, but now we're looking to find a way to automatically send that message to the customer without needing the installer to do anything. My question is, by using Ring Central's SMS API do they have a system in which automated messages can be sent to customers?

@Brandon Garrison the answer to your question is No. Ring central doesn't offer the automated message. I know since I have been trying for over 2 years to make this same exact auto text happen. I may be able to help send me an email at wecanhelp@usesendit.com
