Hello, everyone.We've been dealing with a problem for the past two months in which one of our users is unable to send text messages to a US local number. I raised the problem, but haven't received a single response from RingCentral technical support. This is a very unprofessional service; please do not use RingCentral Services any more.sms1.png

is it to one specific number, or that user can't send at all?

if is he blocked only one number, is that number blocking that user, or vice versa? can other users text that number?

if the 2nd, can you check the user role if that user is blocked from text feature.
