I got an email today informing me that due to "industry changes" my SMS have been categories as A2P and "to continue sending SMS messages, you will need to transition to one of our A2P compliant solutions, such as toll-free SMS or High Volume SMS." This came as a surprise to me as 90% of my business is done via text messages (clients sending images for review, quotes, updates) and the ability to send SMS is key. Is anyone else dealing with this issue now and what options have you considered?
