I am an attorney. Typically, I send and receive less than 100 texts per month. I am not using SMS for marketing purposes. Usually, an existing client texts me a question. I text a response. A potential client may text and request representation/legal services. Does RC want a sample of these types of texts in order to authorize my continued use of Ring Central SMS?

Yes, this requirement comes from TCR/ mobile carriers who are looking for sample messages that best represent the style or type of messages you are sending. These examples or sample messages are used as part of the vetting process, as well as for carriers to understand typical usage. Please only provide examples of messages that might be sent and do not include any contact or confidential information.
