I have submitted my Brand 4 times and it has been unsuccessful (despite providing info from our SS4 for with EIN) Tech support has not contacted me for 7 days now and they are now not answering the line for TCR issues. HELP

Yep... I have the same issue. Im going to have to cancel because SMS is critical to my business and they clearly cant deliver.
