I have submitted my Brand 4 times and it has been unsuccessful (despite providing info from our SS4 for with EIN) Tech support has not contacted me for 7 days now and they are now not answering the line for TCR issues. HELP

Hi Kevin! I'm currently checking on the status of your TCR registration and will have someone help you with it.

Yep... I have the same issue. Im going to have to cancel because SMS is critical to my business and they clearly cant deliver.
