I submitted a new brand registration (BAEYV8R) yesterday. In the admin portal, it says "please wait a few minutes". Well, it is still Pending. I've tried calling support 2x, they are no help. Actually, they don't even seem knowledgeable on the process at all! Anyone have a tip how to get this moving along? Simply put, if this is going to take much longer, I'm going to port my number back to Google Voice. I need to be able to contact my customers!
