My application was rejected due to the following below. Can someone please clarify for me. I have NO idea what this means and I cannot find a solution within the community. Someone else was denied for the exact same 2 reasons but no clarity was given. It was just stated that someone would get in touch with them. If multiple applications are getting denied due to the same reasons you would think they would post what it means and be more clear. Thanks in advance for you help!

Opt-out language missing from sample messages - Edit your sample messages and make sure to include opt-out language (i.e., "Reply STOP to opt out.") to at least one.
Compliant privacy policy is required on business - Businesses are now required to link to a privacy policy from their website, regardless if they are collecting phone numbers on their webpage.
The privacy policy must clearly, in an easily understandable way inform consumers what personal information is being collected, how it is used, and how it is being shared.
The policy must also be clear that SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared.
If this is not clear, the registration will be rejected.
Are sample Opt-Out language, and sample compliant privacy policies available ?
