We want all of our extensions using the main number for text messages because we do not want to confuse our customers with multiple numbers. My question is if I text message a customer from my extension using the main number will their response show up on my RingCentral Phone or desktop text tab? How does that work AND if one of our other extentions text using the main number and contact the same customer will the response show up on my end too or just his? Thanks in advance
