 We’re having a problem with all of our users this  this afternoon where text messages are  Intermittently not sent. The screenshot attached.

 All of the users are existing users, no one new.  Our TCR campaign has been set up and working for some months -  Nothing has been changed. 

Problem occurs whether you’re using the app or the browser.

 Problem with curves for users logged in in entirely different areas. We have one in Minnesota, one in Houston. And one in New Zealand. All are having the same problem.

 problem occurs if the text. Is going to a single person, or is going to multiple recipients and is turned into an MMS by ring central.

 Problem occurs when the recipients are on various networks, and even ring central to ring central.

I recommend submitting a ticket to Tech Support so they can investigate and resolve this issue for you. You can create a new case by visiting RingCentral Support.
