New to Ring Central. I am trying to setup the IVR menu. When I dial our number, instead of hearing the greeting, it just plays music. Then it sounds like the call has been answered, but all I am hearing is silence. Can someone share an example of their xml script? The samples provided don't appear to work. Thanks

It is much better if you speak to someone from Technical Support.They can access your account and see where the problem is.
