Hello,

My team has noticed today that no one seems to be able to receive text messages. Outbound texts seem to be working. This appears to be impact numbers outside and inside the organization and is reproducible by multiple users.

I am having the same issue. I'm also receiving a network error when trying to connect via WiFi. I am having to connect through my Verizon data.


I'm having the same issue since 2 pm - please Ring Central help us!!!!!
