I'm trying to use the desktop app to dial with and then pick up the handset on the phone to talk and listen but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any suggestions?
+1This setting can be configured through Call Flip feature. You may check on the KB articles below.

If both the phone are on different extension you can use parking option once the call is connected and continue
