When users click on the “add an extension” in the Phone HUD they’re able to look and select co-workerd in the same domain. However, once they selected the contacts they click on the “Add” button and they get the following error “Sorry, something went wrong on our end and we weren't able to add this extension”

Each of them have 1 or 2 contacts in their HUD (so it’s not a limit issue).
