I have an unusual issue with multiple users of the RingCentral Desktop App using the exact same version of the app (app version shown via Help - About). One staff member can see a host of options while another user can see only a few when click into Settings. I thought perhaps there was a View More or some other setting somewhere but I cannot find it. It may be that one or more users have a corrupt Windows but it could be simply they installed so many RC App upgrades over time the registry keys are corrupt for the RC app. Is there an uninstall script when Uninstall does not clean up? Or is there an actual show all button somewhere? One example (of many) would be the HD checkbox not being visible for one of the users.

@Seeker, Can you please attach a screenshot of the options on both staff so we can compare what is missing?
